| 24/7 Phone Support | |||||||||
| The rate for phone support is $45/hour during business hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m., P.S.T.) with a 1 hour minimum, and $90/hour for after hours and weekend calls, also with a 1 hour minimum. | Onsite Support | |||||||||
| The rate for onsite support is $95/hour during business hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m., P.S.T.) with a 1 hour minimum, $135/hour for after hours with a 1 hour minimum and $150/hour for weekends and holidays with a 1 hour minimum.
Routine maintance of your Avid or Final Cut Pro is important to keep your system running smooth and fast. We recommend this service every 6 months or before a new project is started. Routine maintance could include reinstallation of software, running system tests, hardware inspection and cleaning, plus any software upgrades that may be needed. An average maintance call can usually take up to 6 hours per system. Onsite support rates are for the local Los Angeles area. Please call for information concerning onsite support outside of the Los Angeles area. |

| Service Contracts | |||||||||
| For clients with multiple systems, long term productions or who want a closer technical support relationship, our service contracts could be more cost effective. Contracts start at $200/week per Avid system and include unlimited 24/7 phone and onsite support, plus preferred rental and support service rates.
The support contract rate does not include routine maintance, upgrades or system moves, and is for the local Los Angeles area only. |

| System Moving Service | |||||||||
| System moving rates start at $795, plus cartage, per system including breakdown, set up and testing of the system, within the local Los Angeles area. Storage of your system or cases for shipping can be provided for additional fees.
